The amount of delivery outside of Yerevan is calculated according to the distance, 1 km – 100 amd starting from the branch closest to your address. When receiving the order, it is necessary to check the delivered product type, appearance, quantity. If payment for the product has already been made at the time of delivery, the product is delivered to the customer. The shipper has the right not to deliver the goods if payment has not been made.

Public meals are non-refundable. Spitakgar.am company is ready to take back only if you received a wrong order instead of yours. In such case, you need to contact the operator: +374 43 00 01 56 to confirm the reasons for the return. When returning the product, it is necessary to present the payment receipt, the product in undamaged and unused condition, with original, undamaged packaging. After returning the product, the money is refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
